Ordering and In-store Pickup

 

How long does a pickup order take?

It can take up to two business days to fulfill an order. Once ready, you will receive an email confirming that it is ready for pickup.

How do I place an order?

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! Forward your pickup confirmation email and they can pickup on your behalf. This email is important, as it will have your special locker code.

How long does it take to ship a web order?

It can take up to two business days to fulfill an order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
$35 within BC - 3-5 Business Days; $45 outside of BC - 5-7 Business Days; All PO Boxes are shipped out via Canada Post

I placed my order a couple, of days ago and I haven't receieved an email confirmation

Email us at campusstores@okanagan.bc.ca with your order number, and we will give you an update in regards to your order status. Please also check your myokanagan email, as this could be a possible email used when placing your order.

How do I access to Campus eBookstore (CEI)? 

 

Sponsor Students 

 

How do I know if I'm a sponsored student?

Your sponsor must submit a letter of of authorization before you can purchase your books and/or supplies online. We highly recommend that you check with the bookstore to see if your account has been set up before completing an online order for your course materials. Call 250-862-5638 or email campusstores@okanagan.bc.ca to confirm. 
Once letter is confirmed you can purchase your textbooks online. On the payment oage, click the "sponsored" button and submit your student number. 
When your order is ready for at the Campus Store location you selected, an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox. 
Sponsored students means a third party has authorizated that they will be purchasing your course materials. Scholarships/Grants/Student Loans and credits on your student account, are not sponsorships and can't be used as a form pf payment.
